Our patent-pending folding house packs a full 482 sq ft (about 45 m²) home into a single standard 40-foot container, and unfolds on site in under three hours. What arrives as a container opens into a complete living space, with a living room, open kitchen and modern bathroom.

Unfold House is a US company, with manufacturing being established in China to draw on a mature supply chain and skilled production at scale. Pricing is quote-based; permitting, transport and installation are arranged per site after a short survey.
